Artencia Hendricks Larson
Logan - Artencia Hendricks Larson, 93, of Logan passed
away Saturday, April 8, 2006 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
She was born May 8, 1912 in Cove, Utah to Alma and
Almeda Larsen Hendricks.
She was raised in Cove and when starting North Cache
High School they made their home in Richmond, Utah.
She married Bernard Hill Christofferson in
Pocatello,Idaho on Dec. 5, 1933. Their marriage was
later solemnized in the Los Angeles, Calif. Temple.
In 1936 they moved to Pittsburg, Calif. where they
raised their children LaMonte H. Christofferson and
Tess Christofferson Humpherys. Bernard died Feb. 28,
1966. LaMonte, son, died Dec. 13, 1994.
She married Harold B. Larson in Concord, Calif. on
Mar. 10, 1973
where they made their home until his death June 26,
1981.
Artencia moved to Logan in June 1982. She is survived
by her
daughter, Tess and Larry Humpherys of Tracy, Calif.
One brother
Clyde Hendricks, Richmond, Utah, eight grandchildren,
fifteen great grandchildren, one deceased, three
great, great
grandchildren. There are six step-grandchildren and
thirten-
step great grandchildren.

Hobbs, Phil Hendricks, Ada Larsen, Tom Hendricks, Wren
Hendricks,
Vernon Hendricks, Fent Hendricks and Lew Hendricks.
Artencia worked 28 years at J. C. Penney in Calif.
becoming
manager and buyer of Ladies Fashion Dept. When moving
to Logan
she enjoyed doing Temple work and Genealogy, being
with her friends
and neighbors and taking cruises. She has enjoyed
rather extensive
traveling with her husbands and later friends. Her
greatest
enjoyment was visiting her families in Calif. and
Idaho Falls, whom she loved dearly.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 12:00 pm in
the Allen-Hall Mortuary with Bishop David Simmons
conducting. There will be a viewing Thursday evening
from 6-8 pm and on Friday from 10:30 - 11:45 am.
Interment will be in the Richmond City Cemetery.
