Connie Delores Olsen Hall
LOGAN, UTAH: Connie Delores Olsen Hall, 61, passed
away April 22, 2005 at her home in Providence, Utah.
She was born in Logan, Utah on July 23, 1943 to James
Delbert Olsen and Delores Hansen Olsen. Connie was
the second born of five children: Gary Olsen (Shiree),
Carol Hodges (Bruce), Kim Olsen (Ruth) and Kay Olsen
(Allison). She was married to Robert Torp with whom
she had three children. She later married Joseph
Hall, who preceded her in death in 1999.
Connie’s life ended where it began, at home in Cache
Valley. Connie graduated from South Cache High School
in 1961 and later earned her nursing degree from

flair for life, enjoying her garden, painting
ceramics, reading, traveling to new places and, most
of all, her family. She found beauty in the desert
and continued to travel to Arizona in the cooler
months, so as not to have to “bitch” about the hot
weather. In addition to being a wife and a mother,
Connie was also a hairdresser and would later spend
fifteen years as a nurse at Yuma Regional Medical
Center. She also loved her pets and always had a dog
or a cat. She is also preceded in death by her
beloved dog, Toby.
Connie is survived by her three children and their
spouses; Wade Torp (Angie), Lisa Reiser (Will), and
Dana Torp (Kristi), and six grandchildren; Jennifer,
David and Eric Torp, Sara and Addison Utley, and
Larsen Torp. She is also survived by her
step-mother, Dixie Olsen and her four siblings.
