Diana Dahle
Diana Dahle, 37, died July I, 2007 at her home, in the
arms of her loving parents, of esophageal varices. She
was born August 15, 1969 in Logan, Utah to parents,
Robert and Ollie Lou Dahle, of Clarkston, Utah, the
youngest of five children. She grew up in Clarkston,
Utah and attended school at Lewiston Elementary, North
Cache Jr. High and Sky View High School. She moved
with her parents when she was sixteen, to Kaysville,
Utah and graduated from Davis High School. She also
attended Weber State College in Ogden and Lower
Columbia College in Longview Washington, where she was
on the President's Honor List.
She worked as a special officer for the Utah Juvenile
Court in Weber and Davis Counties, and for the
Corrections Corporation of America: a private
correction facility in New Mexico as a personnel
officer. She had lived in Clarkston, Kaysville, New
Mexico and Washington.
Diana enjoyed all sports, participating in soccer,
softball, powder puff football, snowmobiling, water
skiing, camping, fishing and cookouts with her family.
She was a member of the Church of Latter-day Saints
and had enjoyed being a primary teacher.
Diana was fun-loving and had a great sense of humor.
She especially loved her nieces and nephews and was a
great babysitter for them when they were young.
She had a great love for animals, especially cats and
dogs. She was always nursing injured or abandoned ones
back to health. She was a kind, loving, compassionate
person who was a friend to the friendless and a
guiding light to those who live in darkness. She loved
to help people. She loved serving her fellowmen.
Diana faced many mental and physical challenges
during her life. The past six months with her health
declining, she moved from Washington to be with her
family.
She is survived by her parents, brothers: Brad
(KaLynne), Michael (Kris), sisters: Marian (Rob)
Chambers, Jill (Brent) Godfrey, 16 nieces and nephews,
1 grand-niece, 2 grand-nephews,
grandmother: Ilah Anderson and many aunts, uncles and
cousins.
