Delone Waldron Reese
Logan, Utah: Delone Waldron Reese, 90, died on
Thursday, September 24, 2004 at the home of her
daughter and son-in-law in North Logan. She was born
February 19, 1914 in Malad, Idaho a daughter of Walter
Andrew and Amelia Griffiths Waldron. She married
Stanley Richard Reese in Ogden, Utah on March 31,
1936. He died on January 31, 1954.
She attended school in Samaria, Idaho and graduated
from High School in Malad, Idaho.
She worked at the Delmonte Plant, Tidwell’s A&T, and
in the School lunch program as a cook at Adam’s School
retiring in 1984.
She is a member of the LDS Church, Logan 6th Ward.
She is survived by her children, one son and one
daughter, Suzanne (David) Jenkins, North Logan, Utah
and Robert J. (Haruko) Reese, Austin, Texas; six
grandchildren and four great grandchildren; two
brothers and two sisters, Stanley (Emma Jean) Waldron,
McMinnville, Oregon; Bill (Rae) Waldron, Garden Grove,
California; LaRue (Gail) Lowe, Ephrata, Washington;
and Naidene (Bill) Wegener, Buhl, Idaho.
She was preceded in death by her husband, (leaving
her a widow for 50 years and raised four children),
two sons, Richard W. and S. Roger Reese; one brother
and one sister.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September
28, 2004 at 12:00 Noon at the Logan City Cemetery, 1000 North 1200 East.

Logan, Utah.
