Family & loved ones remorsefully announce the passing of William George Taylor age 83 while living at home in Logan Utah on January 2, 2007.

Bill was born July 16, 1923 in Newport, North Carolina to William Luther Taylor and Tamer Jones (Guthrie) Taylor. He was the last surviving sibling of 5 brothers & 2 sisters, Bill was the 2nd youngest of them.

He served a combined 21 years in the service of his country in the US Navy and Coast Guard. He and his family lived in Stone Wall, No Carolina 12 years; Lynn, Mass. 2 years, and Sacramento for 34 yrs. and Bill’s remaining 14 years in Logan Utah.

He is survived by his wife Dolores M. Taylor after 61 years of marriage, and his 4 children of this marriage, James D. Taylor (Portland OR), Diana B Cesarini (Sacramento CA), William R. Taylor (Eldorado CA), Dexter W. Taylor (Logan UT). Bill also had 2 other sons, John A. Taylor & Mark S. Taylor.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am at the Bridgerland Park 1st Ward Chapel at 825 No 200 West, Logan UT. Friends and family are cordially invited for a viewing at the church from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
