SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Anna Gayle Murray, 69, of San Francisco, California died Tuesday, June 24, 2003 in San Francisco.

She was born November 15, 1933 in Salinas, California a daughter of Wilford Bailey and Vera Stoddard Merrill Murray. She received a degree in Sociology from San Francisco State University. She loved the Lord and her family. She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved music and she had a beautiful voice. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and friend.

She is survived by her daughter, Laura Hoorn, and a granddaughter, Anna Hoorn, both of San Jose, California. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Alva Retta Murray and two brothers, Charles Leo Murray and Wilford B. Murray, Jr.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, June 28, 2003 at 11:00 AM in the Richmond City Cemetery. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.allenhallmortuary.com.
