North Logan, Utah: Ann Church Tueller, age 45, died Thursday, November 27, 2003 at her home. She was born August 25, 1958 in Idaho Falls, Idaho a daughter of Irel and Kay Goff Church. She married Bob Tueller on October 24, 1987 in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

She graduated from Idaho Falls High School where she was the Prep Club President and won many awards and she was on the Vahalla dance team. She graduated with honors from Ricks College, with a degree in Secretarial training. She loved her job working for Dr. Blaine Andersen for over 15 years, he was like a brother to her.

She is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She was the Ward organist at the age of 12 in the Idaho Falls 26th Ward. She served at the Primary President of the North Logan 12th Ward for 3/12 years at the time of her diagnosis.

She loved spending time with her children and family. She is survived by her husband, Bob, two daughters, Morgan and Bailey Patricia, all of North Logan, Utah; parents, Irel Douglas and Kay Church, Idaho Falls, Idaho; four brothers, Mike (Pam) Church, Cincinnati, Ohio; Kent Church, Idaho Falls, Idaho; John (Elise) Church, Copperas Cove, Texas; Scott (Kim) Church, Salt Lake City, Utah.

She was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at the North Logan 12th Ward Chapel, 2540 North 400 East, North Logan. Friends may call at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan on Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. and at the Church on Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. prior to services Interment Logan City Cemetery.
