Brian Jay Andersen Brian Jay Andersen, 48, of Smithfield, died Thursday, April 24, 2003, at his home. Funeral services were held on Monday, April 28, 2003 at 12 p.m. at the Smithfield 3rd/12th Ward. A viewing was held on Sunday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Allen-Hall Mortuary in Logan, and on Monday from 10 to 11:45 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Smithfield Cemetery.
