LEWISTON, UTAH: Carol Partridge Hendricks, 85, passed away on February 1st 2004. She was born September 11, 1918 in Fillmore, Utah to Frank H. and Harriet Whicker Partridge.

Carol met David Russell Hendricks at the Utah Agricultural College in Logan, and they were married in the Logan Temple in June of 1941. They settled in Lewiston to raise their family, where they lived for over 40 years. Carol worked for nearly 30 years at the Lewiston State Bank.

She served actively in many church positions and provided community service as a typist and recorder for historical and church groups, friends, and neighbors. She was admired and loved by all who knew her. A few years after Russell's death in 1994, Carol moved to Logan.

She is survived by a sister, Agnes Black of Salt Lake City and her children, Larry (Myra)Hendricks of North Salt Lake, Janet (Elliot) Anderson of Ephraim, Sharon (David) Weston of Logan, and Ross (Joyce) Hendricks of West Jordan.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband and parents, as well as 3 brothers, Ronald Partridge, Ray Partridge, and Eldon Partridge, and 2 sisters, Beth Moody and Savalla Sanford, 19 grandchildren and 12 grandchildren.

Mom was a good example in every facet of her life. We will miss her greatly.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 12:00 pm in the Lewiston 4th ward Chapel. Friends may call Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at the Allen-Hall Mortuary in Logan and on Friday at the church from 10:30 - 11:45 am. Interment will be in the Lewiston Cemetery.
