Logan, Utah: Grace V. Anderson Silk, 87, died July 3, 2004 at the Sunshine Terrace in Logan. She was born on September 15, 1916 in Oueletteville, Alberta, Canada to Nephi and Anna Eliza Baker Anderson. She married Robert George Silk on December 1, 1935 in Santa Monica California.

She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she was also a member of the D.U.P.

She had lived in Canada; Huntington Park, CA; Placerville, CA; Lake Tahoe, CA; and Carmichael, CA.

She is survived by two sons and two daughters, Roger (Eileen) Silk, Jersey City, New Jersey; Bruce (Nancy) Silk, Wellsville, Utah; Sydney (Melvin) Bohn, Logan, Utah and Christine Silk; eighteen grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and three sisters, Marie Adams, Gladys Alva and Florence Derby.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 7, 2004 at the Foothill First Ward Chapel, 1450 East 1500 North, Logan with Bishop Robert Wardle conducting. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday from 10-10:45 a.m. prior to services. Interment Logan City Cemetery. Funeral arrangements under the direction of Allen-Cranney Mortuary, North Logan.
