Paradise, Utah: Harriet Marie Bishop Mair died November 25, 2003 at Logan Regional Hospital at the age of 86. Marie was born May 6, 1917, in Paradise, Utah, to Robert Morris Bishop and Josephine Johnson Bishop.

Marie attended school in Paradise and then South Cache High School in Hyrum Utah. On November 14, 1939, Marie married Wesley Hyrum Mair in Salt Lake City, Utah, and lived most of her life on the family farm.

She was a unique woman with her family as her main priority. She led a busy life and never complained. She was an excellent cook and got many compliments, as well as being a good seamstress and a skilled bookkeeper.

Surviving are her seven children. Wesley (Skip) and Jeri Mair, of Paradise, Utah; Gary and JoAnn Miller of Pocatello, Idaho; Dale and Linda Buzzell of Caldwell, Idaho; Lafaun and LaRee Floyd of Hyrum, Utah; James (Tip) and Colleen Tibke of Paradise, Utah; Scott and Debbie Broberg of Pinedale, Wyoming; and Morris and Angie Mair of Paradise, Utah.

Marie has 30 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, one sister, one brother, and three granddaughters.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Tuesday, December 2nd at the Paradise church. A viewing will be held from 10:30 to 11 :30 a.m. prior to the funeral at the church.. There will also be a viewing at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Lgoan on Monday, December 1 st from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
