North Logan: Jeanneane Griff Anderson, 73, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, at the Sunshine Terrace on Sept. 5, due to complications from a heart attack and stroke. She was the youngest of 5 children born to Harold and Ida McPhee Stevenson, Sept. 10, 1929, in Diamondville Wyo. She was preceeded in death by 2 sisters, 1 grandchild, 1 great grandchild and her loving parents.

She is survived by 3 daughters: Lori Brokett(Taft Ca.), Vicki Griff(Logan Ut.) and Terri(Chris) Williams(Smithfield Ut.), 11 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 2 brothers, Ronald Stevenson(Orem Ut.) and Ralph Stevenson(Greely Co.).

She graduated from the Kemmerer School District. She worked as a pharmacist assistant and sales clerk for various pharmacies in Kemmerer. She and her mother moved to No. Logan in 1982. She cared for her mother until her death in 1990. She worked for Saddlemans and then went to work for Wal-Mart from the time it opened until the SuperCenter when she retired.

She was a member of the No. Logan 6th Ward, and held many positions, including Sunday School Class President until she passed on. She had many friends and was loved by all that knew her. She loved her roses, flowers and yard. She left us many beautiful items that she had embroidered.

The viewing will be Wednesday, Sept. 10, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the Allen-Cranney Mortuary, 420 East 1800 North, North Logan, with the final viewing in the North Logan 6th Ward Chapel, 2540 North 400 East from 9:30 to 10:30 am Thursday, then the Funeral following at 11:00 in the Chapel under the direction of Bishop Randy Bennion. She will be laid to rest in Diamondville Wyo., close to her parents.
