Wells McBride, 87, passed away on November 6, 2003 at his home in Hyrum. He was born on November 12, 1915, to Wells Lehi McBride and Marinda Brown of Hyrum, Utah. He was the last of eight children.

He is survived by his loving wife, Pauline Riggs McBride, who cared and loved him for 64 years, a daughter Nedra Pitcher, six grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

Wells enjoyed spending time outdoors, fishing and hunting. He worked many years for the Bar B Ranch with cattle and sheep. He served in many church positions. His philosophy of life was that a man should be as good as his word. His greatest joy was spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. He will be greatly loved and missed by his family and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2003 at 1:00 PM at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 East Center Street, Logan. A viewing will be held at the mortuary on Friday evening from 6:30 to 7:30 PM and on Saturday from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM also at the mortuary. Interment will be in the Hyrum City Cemetery.
